Delivery time

1. Deliveries are made within 15 working days for International deliveries.
2. For customized items / personalized gifts, there may be a longer delivery period which would be specified on the respective product page.


Returns Policy

If you are not happy with our product for any reason, Silver Witch Ltd. offer a refund if the item is returned back to us within 30 (thirty) days of you’re receiving the item. To be eligible for refund, item should be returned back to us in its original unused condition with original packing. Items not returned within the 30-day period or items returned in damaged / used condition will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund on items received within the 30 day period, in original unused condition will be given a refund after deducting 20% of the order value towards freight, handling and refurbishing charges. We will be refunding only the cost of the item and not duty and shipping charges. Our return policy does not apply to pierced earrings because of reasons of hygiene and hence these items cannot be accepted back.
